Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Run Rekees Run ("we", "the game"), operated by Milysec Pty Ltd (ABN 55 695 484 756), Australia, collects and why. Questions: gm@rks.fun.

What we collect

• Guest play: no account is needed. To enforce the daily free-play limit and prevent abuse we process your IP address and store only a salted one-way hash of it, plus coarse network info (ASN / data-centre flag), for a limited time. Raw IP addresses are not stored. The app also keeps a random device ID on your device to count guest runs.
• Login (optional): sign-in is provided by Privy (privy.io) using X (Twitter), email, or a Solana wallet. We receive your Privy user ID, your public Solana wallet address, and, if you use X, your public X handle/display name. Email addresses are handled by Privy; see Privy's privacy policy.
• Gameplay data: scores, coins, run duration, game mode, points, leaderboard entries, an optional username you choose, recorded run paths used for "ghost" races, referral codes and reward/claim records, linked to your wallet address or Privy ID. Public names linked to your wallet (such as .sol or .skr domains) may be looked up and shown on leaderboards.
• Public blockchain data: wallet balances (e.g. $RKS holdings, NFTs) are read from the Solana blockchain to unlock features. Transactions you sign (buying tokens, claims, locks) are public on Solana and are not controlled by us.
• Push notifications (optional): if you turn on reminders we store your browser push subscription endpoint until you turn it off.
• Local storage: settings (sound, mode, comfort options) and a cached copy of the app are stored on your device.
• Analytics: the game (run.rks.fun and the Android app) does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. Our separate project website rks.fun uses Google Analytics to count visits; Google may set cookies and process your IP address and device information for that, see Google's privacy policy. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and protect the service.

How we use it

To run the game, show leaderboards (wallet addresses are shown shortened, X handles as provided), calculate and pay rewards, prevent cheating and multi-account abuse, and send reminders you opted into. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database), Privy (authentication and embedded wallets), Solana RPC providers, Jupiter / wallet apps (only when you choose to swap or buy), and your push service (Google/Mozilla/Apple) for notifications.

Retention and deletion

IP hashes are kept only as long as needed for abuse prevention. Gameplay and leaderboard records are kept while the game runs. To request deletion of your off-chain data, email gm@rks.fun from the account or with your wallet address. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 or the GDPR) you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us at gm@rks.fun and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Crypto features (tokens, rewards, purchases) are for adults only (18+).

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
